Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries according to recipes and production sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.;
Ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes, production standards, and proper equipment use.;
Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and work area; follow safety regulations.;
Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner.;
Complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner and assist with other duties as assigned.
