At Floyd’s Truck Center, we’ve been serving drivers, fleets, farmers, and businesses since 1948. We’re a multi-location truck and equipment dealership that believes in hard work, straight talk, and building long-term relationships — with customers and with our team.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s organized, creative, and ready to roll up their sleeves. This role works directly with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, support our locations, and instill a growth mindset across all departments.
This is not a “sit back and schedule posts” job. This is a hands-on, see-your-work-in-the-real-world kind of role.
What You’ll Do Campaign & Project Execution- Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing initiatives
- Coordinate promotions, giveaways, events, and trade show materials
- Support seasonal campaigns across parts, service, sales, and body shop
- Draft and schedule social media posts
- Capture photo/video content at the dealership (inventory, service, events, team)
- Help write email campaigns and website content
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting
- Help maintain website updates and online listings
- Support SEO & GEO initiatives
- Monitor reviews and online presence
- Work with store managers and department leads to gather marketing needs
- Coordinate signage, promotional materials, and internal communications
- Assist with community involvement and sponsorship activations
- 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships count)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation
- Have basic graphic design experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects
- Required to be on-site and involved in dealership activity
- Have basic Adobe CC experience
- Understand rural, agricultural, trucking, or blue-collar markets
- Enjoy event coordination and community engagement
Marketing at Floyd’s isn’t just advertising — it directly supports internal communication, continuous improvement, building out training pathways, and acting as a guiding hand across multiple departments. This position plays a key role in helping sales move trucks, service fill bays, and parts hit monthly targets.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager in a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and growth is expected.
