Marketing Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to own the execution, coordination, and follow-through of marketing and promotional initiatives across a growing, multi-location retail business.

This role exists to bring consistency, reliability, and operational discipline to marketing execution across all locations. The primary responsibility is ensuring that promotions, signage, and digital updates are designed correctly, produced efficiently, and implemented consistently in the field.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where success is defined by follow‑through and accuracy.

• Produce print and digital marketing materials including store signage, window graphics, menus, basic digital ads, and social media content
• Apply established brand standards consistently across promotions and store formats
• Prepare production‑ready assets for use across multiple locations and vendors

• Coordinate signage printing, ordering, delivery, and installation across locations
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution
• Own tracking of promotions and campaigns to confirm they are live, accurate, and consistently implemented in the field

• Maintain accurate business listings across platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and similar services
• Update store information, images, and promotional content as needed
• Support basic digital advertising execution and scheduled social media activity

• Maintain simple tracking tools to manage promotions, signage, and execution timelines
• Identify execution gaps, inconsistencies, or bottlenecks and help improve processes over time
• Support merchandising and promotional initiatives by ensuring strong visibility and in‑store follow‑through

This role is intentionally execution‑focused. Over time, as execution becomes consistent and systems are established, there may be opportunities to take on additional coordination or operational responsibilities related to marketing execution, based on business needs and performance.

Pay: $22–30/hour, based on experience and capability
