Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN with advanced endovascular experience for a high-acuity cardiac and vascular procedural environment. This role supports complex open and closed vascular procedures with a strong focus on structural and endovascular cases.

This is not a recovery or prep role — candidates must have true procedural Cath Lab experience.

• 4x10 Hour Rotating Shifts
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (variable)
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• 13-week assignment
• Flexibility required for weekends
• 24-hour on-call coverage required

• Procedural Cath Lab
• 1 room (expanding to hybrid Cath Lab/OR suite)
• 1–2 cases per day
• Adult patient population
• Level II Trauma environment
• EPIC charting required
• Alaris IV pumps
• Omnicell medication system
• Siemens & Philips X-ray/hemodynamic systems

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

• TAMBE (Thoracoabdominal Branch Endoprosthesis)
• PMEG (Physician Modified Endovascular Graft)

If a candidate does not have both TAMBE and PMEG experience, they will not be considered.

Additional experience highly preferred:

• TCAR
• TEVAR
• TAVR
• TMVR
• AIFF
• Femoral bypass

• Cath Lab procedural experience
• Moderate sedation management
• GTT titration
• Endovascular approach experience
• Comfortable monitoring sedation and hemodynamics
• ICU experience preferred

• Active RN License (South Dakota or Compact)
• BLS
• ACLS

May assist within Cath Lab for peripheral and structural procedures.

• 4x10-hour shifts during first week with preceptor

Cath Lab RN – 4x10s. 40 hours guaranteed. 24-hour call required. EPIC required. MUST have TAMBE and PMEG experience (automatic decline without). Moderate sedation and endovascular experience required. ICU background preferred. Adult patient population. Procedural role only (no prep/recovery).
