Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Preferred 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
- 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
- Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required after submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Simpli Fi Program - Monument Health and no current placement allowed at Program:

Additional Details Required Skills/Experience:
- 1.5 years of ICU experience excluding travel and have significant RN experience outside of ICU, will send to management team for approval.
- Experience with complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, neuro and trauma.
- Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry.
- Two years of ICU experience excluding travel experience.
- Cardiac Experience
- CABG/TAVR – 24 to 48hrs Post Op Experience
- Impella, IABP and CRRT.
Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.

Not common unless overstaffed. Could float to any adult floor – including Med Surg/Tele with 1:4 ratio.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
