Required Experience:

RN:2 years Level 1 or 2 trauma experience

Will you accept a first-time traveler?

No

Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility

Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler

Patient Types:

Upper Lower Endoscopy (to include advanced EUS (Endoscopic US), EBUS (Endobronchial US), ERCPEGD and Colon Pre and Post Recovery (Phase I and Phase II) with some ICU level care needed.

Patient Ratios:

ENDO 1:1

Pre-Op 1:2

PACU Phase I - 1:1 or 1:2, based on acuity

PACU Phase II - 1:2-3

Will they be on call? Yes one overnight per week 7p-7a and every 3rdweekend.

Sleep room will be in Pre-Op/PACU area as it will be closed

Traveler would work 8 hour variable with one weekday call shift and every 3rdweekend on call Shifts that traveler would rotate through are:

-1600, , Holiday Expectations: 2/4 major holidays
