Eligibility: Valid State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but not required.

Responsibilities: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are the backbone of the clinical department. Your work ensures residents receive the high standard of care they expect from Avantara North by administering medications and nursing care per individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading team efforts, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
