24 - Starting Pay Rate: $35.00 – $43.75 (determined by knowledge, skills, and experience)

- Utilize the ANA Nursing Process (2010) to perform data collection, assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, and execution of individualized nursing plans.
- Coordinate care delivery and ensure patient progress along plans.
- Provide health teaching and promotion strategies to create a safe environment.
- Consult with advanced practice nurses and nursing role specialists to influence plans and enhance care.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes.
- Systematically enhance quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Attain knowledge and competency reflecting current nursing practice.
- Evaluate one’s own nursing practice against professional standards and guidelines.
- Interact with and contribute to professional development of peers.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and others in nursing practice.
- Integrate ethical provisions into all aspects of care.
- Incorporate research findings into practice.
- Consider safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice during planning and delivery.
- Provide leadership within the professional practice setting.
- Practice in an environmentally safe and healthy manner.
- Support Monument Health’s purpose, vision, and values.
- Operate within the legal scope of a Registered Professional Nurse as defined by state regulations.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics for Nurses (ANA 2010).
- Proficiently use nursing documentation and patient‑care software.
- Access organizational applications required for engagement, such as company email and e‑learning modules.
