Position:
Travel Stepdown RN
Role:Provides specialized nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care, requiring continuous monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with cardiac procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, document findings, and respond to emergencies.
- Educate patients on cardiac health and risk factors.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and adhere to infection control standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team for comprehensive patient care.
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
- Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred: PCCN, NIHSS certifications.
Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical dexterity, and ability to work under pressure.
