Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting top talent to support our nonprofit mission of prioritizing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. The Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse (RN) coordinates the administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, and may provide backup for the in‑center hemodialysis unit.
Schedule & CompensationFull‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday. Shift starts at 8:00 am; on‑call as needed. Pay range starts at $36+ per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Collaborate with the medical team on patient care concerns, hospitalizations, discharges and modality changes.
- Coordinate home training sessions, clinic visits, patient care conferences, home visits and all clinical and educational activities to ensure efficient use of nursing hours and program facilities.
- Monitor patient supply ordering and usage while maintaining quality care.
- Communicate regularly regarding home program activities with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Monitor ongoing patient care parameters.
- Perform all registered nurse functions and duties.
- Create and maintain appropriate record keeping, patient training and documentation per ESRD Network regulations, DCI CQI program and dialysis facility policies.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to teach.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to problem‑solve.
- Accredited nursing degree.
- Dialysis experience preferred.
- Current South Dakota RN license.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
