Registered Nurse - ICU
Required experience:
1.5 years general nursing experience, BSN required. Must be ICU level RN, willing to float to Med Surg/Tele. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. South Dakota or compact RN license. ICU level RN – willing to float to Med/Tele – this is a float pool position throughout scope of practice. Must have experience with titration drips:
Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Levo, Dopamine, Insulin. Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, blood product administration, CIWA, drain/tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management, continuous bladder irrigation, chest tube maintenance. Experience with cardiac procedural recovery (CABG/TAVR/post Cardiac Cath), MI pharmacology, Heparin gtts.
