Job Description

This energetic Registered Nurse position in an outpatient oncology clinic offers a hands‑on experience working with medical oncology and chemotherapy infusion. You’ll be responsible for chart checks, patient rooming—including vital signs and medication reconciliation—and supporting physician workflows. The role provides an opportunity to develop skills across various supportive areas, such as assisting with referrals and patient education. The shift consists of 8‑hour days over a 13‑week assignment, with no weekend rotation or on‑call obligations.

This assignment is perfect for a nurse eager to expand their oncology expertise in a collaborative, clinic‑based environment. The setting features a dedicated team, modern electronic charting via Epic, and supportive resources including a resource nurse and charge nurse leadership. Travelers must live over 100 miles from the facility to qualify, and first‑time travelers are welcome.
