Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,880 per week

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13‑week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota.

• Evaluate and monitor patients in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Document and provide physician‑directed care, assess and implement patient care plans, delegate to other care providers as appropriate.
• Provide education and support to patient families for long‑term care needs.
• Perform bedside care, administer and record prescribed medication, report adverse reactions.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests, take samples for lab work, interpret reports.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret and record electronic displays.
• Ensure proper placement and functioning of catheters, leads and tubing.
• Communicate patients' conditions to family members.

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC certifications; additional may be required before starting.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to handle hazards from chemicals or infectious diseases and manage patients who may be confused, agitated, or uncooperative.
