    • PCU/Tele - 1:4 (Days & Nights)
    • Med/Surg – 1:5 (Days & Nights)

• Skills required:

    • ICU RN qualified to float to ED
    • PCU RN qualified to float to ICU
• PCU RN
  : cardiac and vasoactive drip titration – please request approval to offer without this experience, Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration,CIWA,drain/tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management, insulin drips - both DKA and non-DKA, continuous bladder irrigation,chest tube maintenance

  • Could be expected to precept students
  • Audits are done monthly for Pre/Post Pain Scoring – must meet 90% compliance
