We are looking for licensed practical nurses to provide care to our residents at Avantara Mountain View.

• 12 hour shifts

  Qualifications

  To be considered, an applicant must hold an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

  Responsibilities

  As an LPN, you will ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their care plan, conduct resident assessments, serve as a team leader, and advocate for residents, providing high standards of care, comfort, and safety.
