The Archaeological Research Center (ARC) in Rapid City, SD, a program of the South Dakota State Historical Society, seeks an Archaeologist to work on CRM projects. You will perform field surveys, lab artifact work, and prepare technical reports, with travel during field season and occasional office tasks in the off-season.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in anthropology/archaeology or related field, field/lab experience, and strong writing skills. GIS familiarity is a plus.
