** Responsibilities
* ** What you'll be doing:
* Get out in the community, meet homeowners and property managers, and build the kind of relationships that turn into long-term business
* Walk properties and assess what needs to be done — you'll become the expert people trust to give them a straight answer
* Put together clear, professional estimates and walk customers through exactly what they're getting
* Close deals the right way, with honesty and confidence, not pressure
* Stay on top of your pipeline and follow up consistently so nothing falls through the cracks
* Work hand-in-hand with our office and production teams to make sure every project kicks off smoothly and every customer feels taken care of
* Keep up with products, materials, and industry trends so you're always the most informed person in the conversation
* Represent Built Right with pride, how you show up matters, from your appearance to how you treat every single customer

* Sharp attention to detail when reviewing estimates and project scopes, you catch what others miss and take pride in getting it right
* Quick to pick up new technology and software, you don't need hand-holding, you just need the tool
