Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a utilities location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, equipment areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site and weather;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries; check identification and/or work orders as required by site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or equipment concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, access control actions, and incident response; communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
