Role:
Snow Removal Operator
Responsibilities:- Completes required paperwork and forms.
- Completes LMN forms daily and enters all project notes/pictures.
- Completes workforce forms, DOT and equipment checks.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to operate a truck with a plow
- Ability to operate a skid steer with a plow
- Ability to lift greater than 25 lbs.
- Detail orientated & team orientated
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be available for snow events and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and night shift.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Commercial driver’s license
- 1-2 years’ experience involving the operation of maintenance equipment including: plow trucks, skid steers with a plow, and general snow removal equipment
