We are seeking a Cabinet and Counter top Installer to join our growing team. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, requiring precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail while installing and servicing cabinetry and countertops. We are also open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in the trade.

• Measure and cut countertops and other materials to fit specific spaces.
• Install cabinets, countertops, and related components according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives as needed.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and overall quality of installations.
• Complete finishing work, including sealing and touch-ups, to ensure durability and appearance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Hours may vary depending on project requirements.

• $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.

• Previous experience installing cabinets, countertops, or similar finish carpentry products preferred, but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job-site conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rapid City, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
