Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Plumbers for projects located in or around Rapid City, SD. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28–$32/hour for an Apprentice and $30-$40/hour for a Journeyman based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform commercial rough-in and finish plumbing
- Install water, waste and vent lines
- Install grease traps and floor drains
- Install sinks, handwashing stations, ice machine lines and restroom fixtures
- Tie into existing building plumbing systems
- Read and interpret commercial plumbing plans and blueprints
- Coordinate with the General Contractor and other trades
- Follow jobsite safety requirements and project specifications
Requirements:
- Apprentice: minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
- Journeyman: must have a valid Journeyman plumbing license
- Commercial plumbing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Own standard plumbing hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work the required overnight schedule
Preferred Experience:
- Restaurant or QSR plumbing experience
- Commercial kitchen buildouts
- Retail or tenant improvement projects
- Experience with grease interceptors
- Commercial kitchen rough-ins
- OSHA 10 certification
