This is a great opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in vehicle repair, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or building maintenance who want to grow their skills in advanced manufacturing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on mechanical experience- vehicle mechanics, building maintenance, or similar trades are a great fit.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and/or pressurized gas systems.
• Basic computer skills and good organizational habits.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

• Learn and apply laser safety practices for operating advanced laser systems.
• Assist with building and assembling next-generation laser deposition machines and projects.
• Safely move parts and equipment using forklifts, hoists, and cranes.
• Support electrical and programming improvements.
• Contribute to the design and development of hardware, software, and fixturing.
• Help maintain accurate company documentation.
• Gain proficiency with CAD systems for assembly processes.
• Work with engineers and teammates across departments on special projects.
• Provide technical support for laser deposition machines installed at customer locations, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and machine servicing.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and other technical service activities.
