Blue Water Development Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain property and equipment across our premises. You will perform inspections, respond to requests, keep logs, and ensure rooms and common areas are guest-ready.
The role requires manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina; overtime may be required. A high school diploma or GED is expected, with at least 1 year in a maintenance role.
