Senior Administrative Assistant
We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Administrative Assistant. This hybrid role (3 days per week in office) will be in Raritan, NJ.
Reporting to the Vice President, Therapeutic Area Market Access Cardiopulmonary, we are seeking a highly adaptable, organized, and communicative individual who upholds the utmost professionalism, and discretion, independently resolves complex issues, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a collaborative culture. You will provide administrative support to the Global Market access Cardiopulmonary team, the DAS Commercial Leader Cardiovascular, his team and ad hoc support as required to other Senior leaders in GCSO such as in Neuroscience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced administrative support, including complex calendar management, senior-level meeting scheduling, logistics coordination, and diligent follow-up on action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate department operations and support governance processes through efficient approvals and document routing.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks, such as purchase order creation/tracking, vendor onboarding, budget management, and contract processing.
- Proactively manage in-person meetings—venue selection, catering, resource allocation, and payment handling—while anticipating and resolving challenges.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma
- A minimum of 4 years of administrative or similar experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies such as Workday, Global View, MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills.
- A sense of urgency and a high degree of professionalism.
- Proven experience interacting with senior-level management while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and ensure accurate follow-up on all issues and correspondence.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and proactive involvement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$52,500.00 - $84,525.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
