Contract Management Coordinator

Join us in Raritan, NJ, where you will support the Global Commercial Data & AI (GCDAI) team by managing contract requests and ensuring seamless operations. • Coordinate with Procurement and submit eMarketplace requests.
• Manage the lifecycle of GCDAI agreements, from initial contract requests to amendments and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide timely follow-up on open requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a contract tracker and provide weekly status updates.
• Serve as the sourcing contact for Master Service Agreement (MSA) requests and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Assist with budgets, accruals, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.

• Associate's degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience, with a preference for 2 years at J&J.
• Experience with eMarket
  
  Place and processing POs.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Previous experience at J&J and familiarity with J&J systems is highly preferred.
• Consideration given to candidates with no degree but extensive J&J experience.
