Description Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
Track project progress and identify potential issues before they impact schedule or cost. Support procurement activities and material deliveries to ensure timely project execution. Attend project meetings and maintain clear communication between office and field teams. Monitor compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications. Utilize Procore or similar construction management software to manage project documentation and reporting. Profile A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or field operations. Experience working on industrial construction projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, big-box retail, grocery stores, tilt-wall facilities, or similar large-scale commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination.
Experience using Procore or similar construction management software platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with project teams in both office and field environments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Job Offer Competitive base salary of $85,000 - $100,000. Opportunity to work on high-profile industrial and commercial construction projects.
