• 3+ years of experience producing and creating digital brand video and content for an enterprise
• Proven experience in tracking and improving visual engagement through editing digital content and supporting physical event spaces
• Previous experience improving in-person employee experience and usability methods
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Graph Adobe CS suite, DaVinci Resolve, or similar for editing, web development, or UX design concepts
• Previous work as an individual contributor, excellent presenter and communicator, drive to learn

• Background in IT or an IT group
• Previous AV engineering or production support experience
• Experience working with AV and digital media hardware
• Previous experience working with the O365 product suite (Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.)

Insight Global is seeking an Media Systems Technician to join a Collaborative Media Services team in our pharmaceutical client's IT organization located in Raritan, NJ. The goal of this team is to create and launch global digital signage services and design or enhance their visual mediums. The goal of this potential candidate will be to create and produce audio visual and digital content for our clients' new event space display screens, multi-media enterprise communication, and create interactive content for relevant events in the office and across the organization.

In order to be successful, this person will have a background in content creation for brand enhancements, supporting team event spaces, hybrid meetings for enterprises, and creating digital media using tools like Adobe CS suite, DaVinci Resolve, etc, and preferably an IT or IT adjacent team. This person will also be working alongside the AV and Virtual Events team, so we will need a person who has worked with AV groups before, as a large initiative of this team is to improve Townhall meetings and offer different mediums to digest information, meaning there will be opportunity to learn more audio and visual skills.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate, bright, and consistently finding new avenues of content to share with the team. Candidates with excellent drive, communication, curiosity, and research skills will be successful. Expectations are a 40 hour work week and three full in office days through the week.
