Part-Time Seasonal Events Associate –  & Universal Lacrosse

We’re hiring an energetic Part‑Time Seasonal Events Associate to help run lacrosse events, tournaments, and promotions throughout the season. Join us to bring these events to life, from building the field to energizing the crowd.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and onsite logistics.
• Support registration, merchandise sales, and customer service.
• Help manage equipment and ensure smooth event operations.
• Engage with players, coaches, and attendees to create a great experience.
• Work with the events team to execute promotions and activations.

• Passion for lacrosse and sports events.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and work on feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• No experience required; prior event/sports experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation; flexibility with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and carrying equipment, assisting with setup and breakdown, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Energy and stamina are essential.
