- Partnering with IMSC Finance and other parts of the supply chain organization to provide insights to inventory movements into and out of the NA region of IMSC sites
- Understanding the flow of inventory through our FIFA and JOM models for NA Inventory
- Leading intercompany work streams to ensure P&L and balance sheet accuracy
- Working closely with internal audit, PWC, and tax, and leveraging WWPs to maintain compliance for existing and future processes
- Maintain close working relationships with adjacent PIC teams (AGP, Global Inventory, CMO) to partner on interdependent handoffs and deliverables
- Preparing and booking necessary journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail is required.
- The preferred locations for the role are Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, or Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% travel.
Required and preferred skills include accounting, analytical reasoning, reconciliation, budgeting, financial analysis, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

Subject to the terms of respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Benefits- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; 48 hours for Colorado residents; 56 hours for Washington residents
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
