Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) - Raritan, NJ (in office 3 days/week; up to 10% travel)
Responsibilities

• Analyze consolidated Global Technology Service Finance results for expense and headcount; support forecast and close.
• Translate complex data into insights for Senior Finance/Business Leadership; prepare visual leadership presentations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships (IT, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, 3rd-party suppliers) to drive analytics and ad-hoc requests.
• Develop pricing & billing models and support global billing communications.
• Improve financial processes to reduce complexity and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred).
  • 3+ years of finance or related business experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate complex information.
  • Experience with financial reporting/analysis (forecast, actuals) and making performance improvement recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred:
  • MBA; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA or equivalent.
  • SAP and TM1 experience.
  • Data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau; e.g., Apptio, Digital Fuel) and visualization tools.
