Currently hiring for a CHHA for per diem, full time hours 9-5 in Somerset, NJ with the opportunity for overtime on the weekend.

• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.
• Assist clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light, and transportation.
• Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements.

• NJ CHHA certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid driver's license with an insured automobile.
• Smartphone.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
• Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
