Administration Platform Ownership

• Oversee Thought Spot SaaS and on‑prem environments including upgrades, monitoring, scaling and high‑availability configurations
• Manage user provisioning, SSO/IAM integration, RBAC/ABAC policies and enterprise compliance requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)
• Implement governance controls with audit trails, usage monitoring and security compliance dashboards
• Partner with development teams to ensure cloud cost optimization and performance SLAs are consistently met

• Develop and maintain Worksheets, Liveboards, Pinboards and Spot Apps to support business teams
• Build Thought Spot Modeling Language (TML) assets with reusable, governed logic
• Design row‑level and column‑level security for sensitive datasets
• Embed analytics into enterprise applications (Salesforce, Service Now, SharePoint, custom portals) using APIs and SDKs
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize queries on Snowflake, Big Query, Synapse, Redshift and other modern data warehouses

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for TML objects with Git Hub
• Automate content migration, backup and provisioning using Thought Spot APIs, scripting (Python, Power Shell) and orchestration tools
• Deploy self‑healing automation frameworks to monitor query failures, broken dashboards and license consumption
• Integrate Thought Spot with workflow engines (Airflow, ADF, Control
  
  M, Alteryx) for data pipeline orchestration

• Enable SpotIQ and Thought Spot Sage AI‑powered insights and natural language querying to maximize adoption
• Collaborate with data science teams to embed ML models into Thought Spot workflows, predictive dashboards, anomaly detection and recommendation engines
• Integrate Thought Spot with enterprise AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) for conversational BI experiences
• Build AI‑driven automation for anomaly detection, predictive analytics and proactive report generation
• Evaluate and implement generative AI use cases within Thought Spot for data storytelling, automated insights and natural‑language to SQL translation
