Client Partner

Responsibilities

We are seeking a New Jersey-based Client Partner to lead the account across a large SAP portfolio including AMS, AD, and transformation programs. The role will focus on sustaining the existing business, strengthening senior client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence through a mature offshore model, and driving growth through strategic account development.

Ideal candidates will bring 20+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, or consulting leadership within IT services, along with a strong track record of managing large enterprise accounts. They should have deep SAP experience across AMS, AD, and transformation programs, proven success working in an on-site/offshore delivery model, strong executive stakeholder management skills, and the commercial acumen to sustain and grow strategic accounts.

New Jersey location or proximity to the client site is required.

• Prior experience managing complex global accounts.
• Experience in SAP transformation programs such as S/4
  
  HANA, process harmonization, cloud adoption, or integrated enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of offshore managed services governance, transition, and transformation frameworks.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and operate effectively in a matrix environment.

Salary Range is $169,100-$228,700 a year
