The Sr. Manager, Testing & Cutover plays a critical leadership role within Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) Systems, leading the global testing strategy for complex SAP S/4

HANA releases, non-SAP ERP implementations, and Dev Ops, CI/CD pipeline deployments. This role leads global, cross-functional teams and partners closely with business, IT, quality, compliance, data, and deployment stakeholders to ensure disciplined testing planning, execution, and release readiness. The position is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide testing standards, governance, tools, and SDLC deliverables while driving consistency, transparency, and quality across releases, work streams, integrated systems, and ecosystem applications.

Success in this role requires a strategic leader who can standardize methodology, strengthen release discipline, and accelerate delivery through automation, AI-enabled insights, and risk-based practices in a highly regulated, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and lead the global testing strategy for complex SAP S/4

HANA releases, non-SAP ERP implementations, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to program objectives, milestones, and go-live readiness.

* Lead global, cross-functional teams across business, IT, quality, compliance, data, security, and deployment to drive integrated test planning, execution, issue resolution, and release readiness across ERP and Dev Ops work streams

* Establish and govern enterprise-wide testing standards, methodologies, and controls, including scope management, entry and exit criteria, traceability, defect management, phase-gate approvals, and auditable evidence.

* Own end-to-end test planning and execution across integration, end-to-end, business simulation, system integration, user acceptance, regression, and non-functional testing.

* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and oversee the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.

* Ensure comprehensive test coverage across SAP S/4
