Job Description

The Transformation Projects Leader will be a part of the Med Tech Supply Chain Digital organization and will have responsibility for leading and organizing end-to-end transformations across Med Tech Supply Chain. The Transformation Projects Leader will be primarily focused on enhancing supply chain through digital and other strategic solutions.

The successful candidate must be able to stand up and lead transformations (e.g., SAP S/4

HANA transformation, non-S4 transformations) within Med Tech Supply Chain. This includes operating alongside program, operations, and vendor teams to improve our core end-to-end operations, enable new innovative digital capabilities and modern Supply Chain capabilities, and simplify the Supply Chain experience. The Transformation Projects Leader will assume responsibility for an in-flight SAP S/4

HANA transformation program; they must use a deep understanding of Supply Chain processes to lead deployment teams in delivering SAP S/4

HANA to a diverse set of global stakeholders. The Transformation Projects leader will also influence senior leadership at a strategic level by developing strong business partnerships across key stakeholder groups.

Major Responsibilities

* Strategic Transformation Management:
Coordinate with VP of Med Tech Supply Chain Digital to establish, organize, and govern prioritized Med Tech Supply Chain transformations. Oversee the successful execution of all transformation initiatives within Med Tech Supply Chain Digital's portfolio. Manage and refine the strategy, structure, and governance for in-flight transformations. Drive top-down ideation for each transformation and enable business case development reflecting the breadth of each transformation's activities.

Work with Strategic Planning and Program Operations to plan the rollout of upcoming Med Tech Supply Chain Digital projects. Develop and execute a consistent deployment framework across programs. Structure and manage matrixed initiative teams and transformation management support functions within the larger organization to help successfully deploy the transformation.
