This role offers the opportunity to lead high-visibility projects involving HR technology, ERP implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement efforts while collaborating with senior leaders across multiple departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and deliver HRIS, ERP, payroll, timekeeping, and business systems projects from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate HR-related activities associated with enterprise software deployments and system integrations.
- Support merger, acquisition, and integration projects, ensuring smooth transition of processes, data, and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams to align project objectives and meet critical deadlines.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Lead project meetings, gather requirements, document action items, and drive resolution of project challenges.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and communicate status updates.
- Assist with change management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives tied to system enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience managing HRIS, ERP, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP implementations is highly desirable.
- Background leading acquisition integrations, system migrations, or large-scale organizational transformation projects preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar systems.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, , or comparable applications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
