We are looking for an experienced Scrum Project Manager to lead multiple Agile teams in Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and coach on Agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Manage project governance, planning, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure quality and speed-to-market.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and reports to various management levels.
- Support cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
- Strong experience in Agile project management, Jira, Confluence, and metrics reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure); familiarity with Databricks and Alteryx is a plus.
