Job Description :

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the testing phase of projects, ensuring that software and systems meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage testing strategies, coordinating team activities, and ensuring seamless communication between development and testing teams.
• Monitor and report on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement test plans
  
  Test cases:
  Create detailed test planscases and strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functional requirements.
• Execute tests:
  Perform manual tests to identify any issues or defects in the software.
• Document outcomes:
  Record and track test results, documenting any discrepancies or bugs.
• Analyze test results:
  Collaborate with development teams to analyze test outcomes and ensure issues are resolved.
• Compliance verification:
  Ensure that software meets GxP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regression testing:
  Conduct regression tests to verify that recent changes haven't adversely affected existing functionalities.
• Reporting:
  Provide detailed reports on test findings to management and stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes.
• Experience in JIRA-Xray, Saucelabs for multibrowser testing, data bricks, spotfire

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a software tester in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Strong process knowledge, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications:
  
  Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Problem solving:
  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings.
• Team collaboration:
  Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
