Present the latest industry trends and good practices of System Integration to Otsuka.
Qualification:
At least 8 years of intensive hands-on experience in System Integration design, development, support, and maintenance using the System Integration suite of tools.
Experience establishing standardized processes and procedures to manage System Integration.
Strong understanding of the System Integration and Microservices Lifecycle.
Experience managing System Integration stakeholder identification, requirements, and thresholds.
Experience in establishing and supporting the Platform Governance for the System Integration suite of tools (preferably, Mule Soft iPaaS modules).
Experience working in the Life science Pharma R&D domain, GxP, CSV process, and CSV documentation.
Experience writing Technical Documentation in compliance with GDP.
Experience working in ITIL, Agile, and Dev Ops frameworks (preferably Service Now and Azure Dev Ops).
Experience mentoring a small to mid-size team.
Excellent listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Certification in Cloud and System Integration (any specialty).

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
