IT Project Manager
Job Title
8+ years of experience leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams in enterprise software development.
4 years of experience in product/platform release management, overseeing complex product deployments.
Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, scheduling, and multi-team coordination.
Analytical problem-solving ability, particularly in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Experience in Agile/SAFe transformation efforts, including Program Increment (PI) backlog management.
Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional dependencies and removing blockers.
SAFe Certification (SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
Expertise in Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile release tracking tools.
Preferred:
• Experience in GenAI, Data Science, or AI-driven platform development.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and compliance requirements.
