We are seeking an experienced MES Program Manager with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Camstar/Siemens Opcenter Core
.
- 8-10 years of Program Management experience in Manufacturing domain
- Experience managing MES implementations across the complete project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core
- Experience in Manufacturing IT, MES Solution Consulting, and Program Delivery
- Understanding of ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
