Job DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) is recruiting for an IT Manager, Med Tech‑SAP Service Maintenance, to support the ERP Domain Med Tech Product Line in North America. The role is based in Raritan, NJ and reports to the Sr Manager, Med Tech ERP Services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service level agreements and performance monitoring for SAP ECC and S/4
HANA business services. - Oversee application and technology portfolio, maintain CMDB accuracy, and partner with application and infrastructure teams on lifecycle, impact and cost assessments.
- Lead incident and problem management: rapid resolution, root cause analysis, sustainable fixes and major incident communications.
- Champion knowledge management and KCS practices.
- Use KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement, automation and self‑service.
- Collaborate with ongoing transformation programs within J&J supply chain.
- Drive digital capabilities such as observability, automation, AI‑driven predictive analytics and self‑healing services.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or an equivalent field.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years managing and administering SAP applications, including SAP ECC, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, Business Objects, Net Weaver, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, HANA.
- Hands‑on S/4
HANA experience preferred. - In‑depth knowledge in OTC, Finance, and at least one supply‑chain functional area (Plan, Deliver, Source, Make, Quality, Finance). SAP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience managing vendor work orders, invoices, performance metrics and process improvement.
- Experience with SAP, Informatica, Tableau or Web Methods.
- Strong problem‑solving, accountability and partner relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership, judgment, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage global, cross‑cultural relationships and prioritize business outcomes.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
Travel
Up to 10% domestic and international.

Base pay range: $102,000 – $177,100.
