IT Manager, Med Tech-SAP Service Maintenance
Location:

- Own Service Level Management lifecycle: SLA/OLA, monitoring, reporting, reviews, stakeholder engagement, compliance.
- Manage application and technology portfolio: optimize SAP portfolio, maintain CMDB accuracy, conduct lifecycle, impact, cost assessments.
- Lead incident and problem management: rapid resolution, communication, root cause analysis, prioritization, sustainable fixes.
- Champion knowledge management and KCS practices.
- Drive continuous service improvement using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with ongoing transformation programs within J&J supply chain.
- Collaborate with business partners, TPOs, developers, vendors to deliver reliable SAP services.
- Improve application lifecycle: design, deployment, operations, monitoring, automation.
- Support high availability through performance management, readiness reviews, capacity planning.
- Build global partnerships and communicate clearly across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years supporting and administering SAP applications (ECC, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, Business Objects, Net Weaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, HANA). Hands‑on S/4
HANA experience preferred. - In‑depth knowledge in OTC, Finance and at least one supply‑chain function (Plan, Deliver, Source, Make, Quality, Finance); SAP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem, release).
- Experience managing vendor work orders, invoices, performance metrics, procedural guidance, continuous improvement.
- Experience with SAP, Informatica, Tableau, or Web Methods.
- Strong problem‑solving, accountability, ownership, partner relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent business/IT impacts during disruptions.
- High judgment, negotiation, influencing, analytical, leadership skills.
- Ability to manage global, cross‑cultural relationships, prioritize outcomes, work independently, and give constructive feedback.
- Travel up to 10% domestic and international.
Base pay range: $102,000 – $177,100 per year.
