As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and developing analytics resources to support our Med Tech Surgery transformation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, FSO, KAM, and Customer Solutions, to enhance competitiveness and accelerate growth in the surgical landscape.
- Deliver metrics and reporting tools linked to transformation execution, including financial metrics and performance milestones.
- Provide Distributor Channel analytics and insights related to transformation activities.
- Measure and report KPIs for all transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely Surgery transformation.
- Execute innovative initiatives aligned with the commercial organization's needs.
- Integrate data analytics to improve execution and accountability across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of professional experience in Commercial or Supply Chain roles.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and technical skills, including Tableau, MS Office, SAS, Power BI, and Excel (vLookups, pivot tables).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a matrix environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Med Tech Industry and US Hospital Systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in Medical Devices/Technology.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business partners.
- Lean, Six-Sigma, or Process Excellence training and/or certification.
