Senior Business Analyst
Location:
Raritan, NJ - hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, Power Apps, automations, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver reporting and analytics enhancements.
- Perform solution testing, UAT, defect validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, and release activities.
- Drive continuous improvements across reporting and analytics platforms.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or Product Delivery Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting/analytics solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and preferably Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Jira, and Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or CRM environments is preferred.
