We are seeking an MES Production Support & Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, stabilization, and ongoing optimization of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within a cell therapy manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between manufacturing operations, quality, and the MES project team, ensuring production floor issues are addressed promptly, and system adoption is successful.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact between manufacturing personnel and the MES project team.
- Provide front-line support to operators and production teams during MES deployment and stabilization.
- Investigate and resolve MES-related issues impacting manufacturing operations.
- Create, document, and track support tickets for production floor incidents and system defects.
- Escalate issues appropriately while adhering to established escalation timelines and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain MES-related procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.
- Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge base materials to support end users.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, issue trends, and stabilization metrics.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Utilize Power BI to develop reports and dashboards supporting MES performance monitoring.
- Create metrics that provide visibility into production support activities, issue resolution, system adoption, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and present insights to project stakeholders and leadership.
