We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst with expertise in Business Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, and the Microsoft Power Platform
. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions while supporting continuous improvements across enterprise reporting platforms.
- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver reporting and analytics enhancements.
- Perform solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, release planning, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that improve business performance and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvements across reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables while following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, Product Delivery Analyst, or Senior Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
, SQL
, and reporting/analytics solutions. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
, including Power Apps and Power Automate
. - Strong experience gathering business requirements and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with UAT, defect management, production support, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
. - Knowledge of Alteryx
, Jira
, and Azure Dev Ops
. - Exposure to Supply Chain
, Logistics
, Customer Service
, or CRM environments. - Experience supporting enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives.
