Title: Clinical Data Marketing Analyst
Location: Raritan, NJ 08869
Duration: 05 months Contract on W2

Description:
This role focuses on supporting both online and offline marketing activations by managing and optimizing target lists, tracking media performance, and automating data pipelines. The candidate will be responsible for technical tasks that ensure efficient data management and reporting, particularly for marketing and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop target lists for online and offline activations (paid and owned media), including file creation and compliant hand-off.
• Create UTMs using standardized formats and structures.
• Build automation pipelines to streamline recurring ad hoc requests, such as:
  Structuring newsletter, media, and lead data for dashboards. Preparing weekly scorecards for leadership.
• Assist with other technical and reporting requests as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Associate's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with marketing operations, including campaign activations.
• Proficient in best practices for pipeline creation.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Proficient in marketing technology stack.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $51.00 - $56.00 per hour.
