SAP Test Lead

• Develop and execute comprehensive SAP testing strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Lead all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect validation.
• Define testing scope, objectives, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.
• Leverage strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes to validate SAP solutions.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and process designs to ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify test scenarios, create test cases, and oversee test execution activities.
• Ensure SAP functionality aligns with business requirements and operational processes.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities using tools such as Jira.

• 5+ years of SAP testing experience, including leadership of testing activities on SAP projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing and plant operations processes.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and SAP functionality.
• Experience using test and defect management tools, including Jira.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
