Lead Analyst, Data Product & Marketplace Lifecycle Key

Role Responsibilities:

• Own management of data products in the Alation Data Marketplace, including onboarding, access workflows, consumer readiness, and lifecycle governance.
• Deconstruct downstream data consumption needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria (partner with data scientists, business units, and clinical application teams).
• Define business rules for cross-domain data aggregations and calculated metrics; ensure Gold-layer models match consumer specifications.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Required Experience:
  
  Proven track record in business systems analysis, functional product management, or technical business analysis within a regulated framework.
• Proficiency:
  Agile tools (Jira, Confluence); operational experience with data catalog marketplaces (specifically Alation Data Marketplace); ability to bridge development teams and business consumers.

• Up to 10% domestic/international travel.
• Fully onsite attendance policy.

• Anticipated base pay range: $94,000.00–$.
